This Privacy Policy explains how Anyverse (“we”, “us” or “our”), the operator of the Anyverse AI photo-to-video platform (the “Service”), collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Who We Are & Scope of This Policy

• Operator. This Policy covers the operator of the Anyverse platform. Operator identity and registered details are available on request at [email protected].
• Scope. This Policy applies to the Anyverse website and related services we operate (the “Service”). It does not cover third-party websites, tools or services that are not operated by us, even if they are linked to from our website. Third parties process data under their own privacy policies.
• Where this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern your overall use of the Service, and this Policy governs how we handle personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• From Google Sign-In (required for login): your Google account email address, public display name and profile avatar. We do not access your Google emails, Google Drive files or any other private Google data.
• Content you upload (required to use generation): the photos you upload, which may include portraits of children, seniors and adults, and the scene settings you select.
• Payment information (optional, when purchasing credits): billing/payment data. Payment details such as card numbers are processed by our payment provider (e.g. PayPal) and are generally not stored by us; we store limited transaction records.
• Account and support data (optional): any information you choose to share when contacting customer support.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• IP address, device type, operating system version, browser type/language, session cookies and access logs, used to keep you logged in and to keep the Service stable and secure.
• We generally do not collect precise geolocation without your action; any location information already present in your photos is not used for profiling.
• Where information is optional, it is marked as optional or may be provided only if you choose to. Where required (for login or generation), we tell you that it is necessary.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create, maintain and authenticate your account when you sign in;
• Process your uploaded photos solely to fulfil the AI generation task you requested and display the results in your account;
• Maintain and secure the Service, debug errors and prevent abuse or fraud;
• Handle credits, orders, payments and customer support requests;
• Provide reasonable service improvement and statistics on an aggregated, non-identifying basis.

We use your information only for the purposes described in this Policy and do not use it for purposes beyond those stated.

Your uploaded portrait photos will NOT be used to train AI models without your explicit consent. We will not sell, lease or distribute your personal photos or generated resources to third parties.

4. Private Access to Generated Resources

All resources generated through your account, including but not limited to videos and images, belong to your account only. Only the currently logged-in user who created a resource can view, play and download it. Generated resources are not published, listed or made visible to other users. Do not share your account credentials; you are responsible for keeping your account private.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We will never sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your personal data, uploaded photos or generated resources to any third party in any form. We share data only in the limited cases below:

• AI model providers (necessary to run your generation): to fulfil your own request, your uploaded photo is transmitted to the underlying AI model provider as processing input, used solely for that task and not retained or used by us for any other purpose.
• Cloud storage & infrastructure providers: we store your content in reputable third-party cloud storage and hosting services to operate the Service (for example, object-storage and hosting providers). These providers access data only to store and serve it on our behalf, under our instructions and their own security obligations.
• Payment providers (only if you purchase): payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. PayPal); your payment information is handled by them under their privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: information may be disclosed where formally required by applicable law, a court order, subpoena or other valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety or security of our users, the public or our Service.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transferred business, subject to the commitments in this Policy.

6. AI Processing of Photos, Facial Data & Disclaimer

Uploaded portrait images are processed only for completing the AI generation task you requested. Facial features are used solely to synthesize the video or image content you asked for. We do not build facial recognition profiles, and we do not store facial biometric data for any other purpose. Original uploaded photos may be deleted automatically after task processing in accordance with our retention rules.

Please note: all output of the Service is AI-generated. Before generation, during generation and in the final result, we accept no responsibility of any kind, including but not limited to legal liability, financial disputes and social responsibility. After you obtain the final resources, any actions you take with them are entirely your own responsibility, and you must not use them for any illegal purpose. This platform only allows generation from resources you own or are authorized to use — uploading another person's unauthorized likeness, portrait or video is strictly prohibited.

7. Storage, Retention & Deletion

• Where we store data. Your data may be stored in cloud infrastructure located within or outside your country/region, including with service providers that operate servers in multiple regions. We apply reasonable measures to protect data wherever it is stored.
• How long we keep it. We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your materials from your Library at any time, which also removes the corresponding objects from our cloud storage. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your account data, uploaded photos and generated resources, except where retention is required by law.
• Anonymized data. After identifiers are removed, aggregated or anonymized statistics may be retained for a longer period for Service improvement and research purposes.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in and to secure the Service. We do not use non-essential tracking cookies for our own purposes. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect your ability to stay logged in.

9. Your Rights

• Access: see what personal data we hold about you;
• Correction: update or fix inaccurate personal information;
• Deletion (right to be forgotten): request deletion of your account and personal information;
• Withdraw consent: revoke consents you previously gave (for example, revoke Google OAuth access to our app in your Google account security settings at any time, or withdraw any permissions you granted);
• Data portability: obtain a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format;
• Object to marketing: we do not use your data for marketing you have not agreed to; where we ever send such communications, you may opt out at any time.
• Digital goods & no refunds: credits, credit packages and subscription plans are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Once purchased, they are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect the automatic return of credits reserved for a failed generation task.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls that tie every generated resource to the account that created it, and confidentiality requirements for our personnel who process data. We limit internal access to personal data to those who need it to operate the Service. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18. Accounts may only be created by adults. Photos of minors may only be uploaded by their legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and this Policy on their behalf.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be indicated on the website, by in-app notice or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
