Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of the Anyverse platform (“Anyverse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our AI-powered photo-to-video website and related services (the “Service”). By ticking both consent boxes on the sign-in page and logging in, or by accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance & Scope of These Terms

Access to the Service requires your explicit consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Both agreements are mandatory: the sign-in process will not proceed until you have actively accepted both documents.

• These Terms apply to all persons who register an account, access, browse or otherwise use the Service.
• The identity of our registered operator entity and any other corporate details may be obtained at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
• Continued use of the Service after any revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version (see Section 14).
• If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable where you use the Service, the remainder shall apply and the unenforceable part shall be treated as limited to the minimum extent required by law.

2. Service Description & Availability

Anyverse is an AI-powered platform that allows registered users to upload their own photos, select virtual scenes and generate AI-synthesized short videos and images. All output of the Service is produced entirely by artificial intelligence models. You need sufficient credits to run generation tasks; credits are granted or purchased as described in the Credits section. We support sign-in via Google account.

• We may temporarily modify, suspend or discontinue any feature, part or the whole Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, failures, security reasons or other operational or legal requirements, with or without prior notice.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fault-free, or that it will operate without defects or downtime.
• We may change, add or remove features, pricing or credits rules over time; such changes take effect as stated and do not affect credits or purchases already processed.

3. Accounts & Registration

• Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You must not register using someone else's identity or information without authorization.
• Ownership of the account. Registered accounts generally remain owned by the platform. You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use your account to access the Service during the term of these Terms. You have no ownership or property rights in the account.
• Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. You may revoke our application's access in your Google account security settings at any time. You must not reveal your credentials to others.
• Transfer. Accounts may not be bought, sold, rented, leased or otherwise transferred. Any such attempt is void and may lead to suspension or termination.
• One account per person. You may maintain only one account. Multiple or automated accounts may be treated as a breach.
• On suspension or termination (Section 15), we may remove or delete the account and any materials, data or resources associated with it, to the extent permitted by law.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that, in using the Service, you will not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, portrait, privacy or other intellectual-property or personal rights;
• Post, upload or transmit spam, fraud, phishing, violence, illegal, pornographic, defamatory, misleading, threatening or harassing content, or content that incites hatred or discrimination;
• Attempt to attack, disrupt, overload, hack or otherwise interfere with the Service; use crawlers, scrapers, bots or automated tools to access or collect data without permission; reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with, or circumvent any security or technical protection of the Service or its AI models;
• Misuse, over-use or abuse our APIs or other interfaces, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Harass, threaten, stalk, abuse or harm other users, or disclose their personal information without consent;
• Use the Service to carry out any illegal commercial activity, or to mount unlawful competition or deception.

5. AI-Generated Content & Full Disclaimer

All operations and all output of this Service are AI-generated. This covers the entire lifecycle: the settings and inputs prepared before generation, the generation process itself, and the final generated result.

• AI models are probabilistic. Output may be imperfect, unrealistic, inaccurate, incomplete or different from your expectations.
• We do not guarantee that any generated result will match any particular person, scene, style, quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for anything that happens before generation, during generation, or in relation to the generated result — including but not limited to legal liability, financial disputes, economic losses and social responsibility.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Access to Generated Resources

All resources generated through your account, including but not limited to videos and images, are private to your account:

• Only the currently logged-in user who created the resource may view, play and download it.
• Do not share your account credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Any attempt to access, download or redistribute another user's generated resources without authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

7. Confidentiality & Third Parties

We will not disclose your uploaded photos or your generated resources, including but not limited to videos and images, to any third party in any form. The only limited exception is processing strictly necessary to fulfil your own request: to run a generation task, your uploaded photo is transmitted to the underlying AI model provider as processing input, used solely for that task and not for any other purpose. We never sell, rent, trade or share your content for marketing, advertising or any unrelated purpose. Disclosure may also occur where formally required by applicable law or a valid legal order.

8. Your Use of Generated Content — Lawful Use Only

Once you have obtained the final resources, the following applies:

• You must not use the generated resources for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, deception, harassment, defamation, pornography, violence, incitement to hatred or discrimination, impersonation of real people or institutions, political manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
• Any actions you take after obtaining the final resources are entirely your own responsibility. We accept no responsibility for them, including but not limited to legal liability, financial disputes and social responsibility.
• You may use your generated resources for personal, non-commercial purposes, or for commercial purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law and provided you hold all required rights and consents.

9. Authorized Content Only & What You License to Us

This platform only provides generation from your own resources. You may only upload photos and other materials that you own or that you have obtained valid, sufficient and documented authorization to use:

• You must not upload another person's unauthorized resources, including but not limited to their likeness, portrait, face, image or video.
• For every person appearing in an uploaded photo — including yourself, family members, minors and elderly individuals — you confirm you have their full and valid consent (for minors, the consent of their legal guardian).
• Uploading content that is illegal, offensive, violent, pornographic, misleading or infringing is strictly prohibited.
• You are entirely responsible for the content you upload and for the consequences of using the Service with it.

To the extent needed to operate the Service, you grant Anyverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable licence to store, copy, process and transmit the materials you upload, solely in order to provide the requested generation service to you (including transmitting them to underlying AI model providers as processing input). This licence does not transfer ownership, does not allow us to use your content for marketing, and lasts only for as long as necessary to operate the Service for you.

10. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the source photos you upload and the intellectual-property rights you hold in them. Nothing in these Terms transfers your ownership of your content.
• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the resources generated from your own content as described in Section 8.
• The website, its design, software, underlying AI models, logos, texts, images and all related technology remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy, mirror, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Service itself.

11. Credits, Payments & Refunds

• Pricing. Generation tasks consume credits according to the pricing rules displayed at the time of the request. Prices and credit values are shown at purchase and may be changed over time.
• Prepayment. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash except as required by law.
• Automatic renewal. If you purchase a subscription billed automatically, your subscription will renew at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion unless required by law.
• No refunds on digital goods. Credits, credit packages and subscription plans are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Once delivered, they are non-refundable, and no refunds are given for unused credits or unused subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Failed tasks. If a generation task fails, the credits reserved for that task are returned to your balance automatically where technically possible. This return is an adjustment for a service that was not delivered, and is not a monetary refund.
• Overdue balance. Non-payment, failed payments or overdue amounts may result in the suspension of your ability to run tasks until the balance is settled, or in the termination of your account.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all AI-generated content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be stable, free of defects or viruses, or that use of the Service will produce any particular result or benefit, including any commercial benefit or income.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any AI-generated content. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete or disable your account and the data and content associated with it to the extent permitted by law. Following termination, you must stop using the Service. Sections 5, 7, 8, 12, 15, 16 and 17 survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; material changes will be indicated on the website or by a posted notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the Service.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the region in which the Service is offered by our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence are not excluded.
• Good-faith resolution. We encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to resolve any dispute amicably.
• Forum. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of our operating region, subject to any mandatory local-law provisions that require a different forum.
• We are not required to provide dispute-resolution services additional to those described here.

16. General Terms

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us, and supersede any prior agreements, statements or communications.
• Notices. We may provide notices by email to the address associated with your account, by in-app or in-service message, or by posting on the website. Such notices are deemed delivered when sent or posted. You should keep your contact details up to date.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganization, provided your rights under these Terms are not materially affected.
